1- Masterplan for Housing (RMM)
Any development scheme in Negeri Sembilan has to engage with Negeri Sembilan Housing Policy, which is classified into three (3) types whereby the policy will eventually aims to provide affordable house for people.

Development site greater than 10 acre is compulsory to provide 20% units type A size 20’ x 60’ with a sale price of up to RM80,000. However a list of applications had only restrict selected by state government.
The development of housing units type B and C solely administrate and sold by developer at a price.

2. Masterplan Commercial

MASTERPLAN FOREST HEIGHTS (COMMERCIAL)

A master plan provides an “airplane view” of the building projects of an organization which may undertake in the upcoming years. Typically, master plans forecast five to ten years in the future, though some organizations, like municipalities, may plan further. 

In line with current development in Negeri Sembilan, MCL Land Sdn Bhd have proposed a master plan involving 473.18 acres at Seremban that may determine of spatial needs for new facilities. 

68.81 acres are reserved for commercial use and 6.05 acres have been developed with business which is Mc Donald, Econsave Hypermarket and also shop office.

3. Masterplan Industry

Cenviro Eco-Park (CEP) is managed industrial park in Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus, owned by Kualiti Alam Sdn. Bhd. The vision of Kualiti Alam Sdn. Bhd. is to build a world-class sustainable Cenviro Eco Park (CEP) housing high-tech resource recycling facilities and technology incubator. In addition, it is supported with vision of promoting and developing sustainable Green Initiatives and Circular Economy for waste, becomes a core driver for Recycling and Recovery (R&R), reducing environmental pollution and its adverse impact on nature, as well as promoting Clean Technology Value. With the theme “to spark economic growth while reducing environmental and social impacts”, CEP is designed to achive efficient use of resources, improve operating efficiency, improve productivity, maintain public image and provide opportunities for income. CEP is located in Mukim Jimah, Daerah Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan. The site located at the boundary of Daerah Port Dickson and Daerah Seremban (Sendayan Tech Valley). The total area of CEP is 100 acres and this development will be built by 3 phases.
