SW Planning Consultants Sdn. Bhd. organised the SOP 2.0 Workshop held at Hotel Seri Malaysia, Bagan Lalang, Sepang from 21st to 23rd.
The workshop was conducted to review, streamline and enhance the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs in order to ensure consistency in work processes, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen organisational governance.
The Management extends its sincere appreciation to all staff members for their commitment and active participation throughout the workshop. It is anticipated that the improvements implemented will further support the delivery of high-quality, professional and sustainable services.
