Our town planner, Muhammad Aliff Nurhaqeem, had the opportunity to visit Rome, Italy, a city renowned for its layered history and timeless urban character.
During the visit, he explored the Colosseum, one of the most iconic ancient structures in the world. This monumental amphitheater stands as a remarkable example of Roman engineering, showcasing advanced construction techniques and the scale of public spaces in ancient urban design.
He also visited Sant’Ignazio di Loyola Church, well known for its stunning Baroque architecture and impressive illusionary ceiling artwork. The church is celebrated for its artistic mastery, where perspective and light create a visually striking spatial experience.
The visit offered meaningful exposure to Rome’s architectural heritage, highlighting how historic structures continue to shape the city’s identity and urban landscape today.
